Kevlar Line

Our Kevlar lines use 100% Kevlar fiber and multi-strands weaving process. This process will improve our lines abrasion resistance ability and it will not easy to be cut. Great strength, smooth surface, abrasion resistant, will not twist, will not unravel, cannot be spliced. Kevlar is used in low stretch applications.

Our products include twisted and braided fibers, from 70 lb test to several 2000 lb break strengths. Our braided lines are coated with a special polyurethane. This makes our Kevlar line more durable and longer lasting than regular uncoated products. This design is perfect for applications which are exposed to sandy or gritty conditions, like at the beach. Sand and other materials have a much more difficult path to encroach into the fibers and slowly degrade the integrity of this cord.

Our Kevlar lines’ fusion point is 800 degrees farenheit( 426degree celsius ) and they have good UV resistance ability.
